What Kind Of Bags Are Used For Serving?

Glassine bags are the best for use with Lil' Orbits. These are imprinted with the list of ingredients and also include directions for reheating donuts in a standard oven. They come in cartons of 2,000, and we stockpile plenty (see accessories list).

Can My Name Be Imprinted On The Bags?

Yes. The one-time plate charge is about $350 (for single color) and minimum run is 30,000 bags (15 boxes) at our regular low prices. Allow 10 to 12 weeks for delivery. Your name may also be imprinted on our heat-sealable bags, though the required minimum quantity is greater. Call us for complete details.

Would Baking Experience Help Me?

Not necessarily. Explicit, illustrated instructions show you how easy it is to add water to the mix, to run the machine, and serve your donuts. In no time at all you should be able to turn out perfect donuts cooked just right every time! Note: Many seasoned bakers tend to over cook mini donuts. They should be a light, golden brown.

What Is The Equipment Guarantee? Your machine is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days. All repairs are FOB (shipping costs not included) our factory. Thereafter, for as long as you own the machine and are using Lil' Orbits mix, we will repair or replace any faulty component for $50 per component provided the component has not been misused or deliberately damaged. This $50 fee is based on the current cost of living index. Should you need this service, package the faulty component with your $50 check and UPS or Express mail postage prepaid to our service center. Our staff with quickly repair or rebuild and return by UPS. Our liberal extended warranty applies only to users of Lil' Orbits mixes, otherwise shop rates and parts costs apply.
