Lil' Orbits Mixes and Supplies

About Lil' Orbits Donut Mix. Our mixes are blended to produce the perfect donut. Nutmeg and other spices have been eliminated, as they produce strong, objectionable odors during the cooking process. Our mix contains no artificial base ingredients, so our donuts can be taken home and reheated in a conventional or microwave oven and taste just as good as when they were purchased.

How much mix do I need? Each 50 lb. bag should produce approx. 315 dozen mini-donut (approx. 775 large donuts). This means that an SS1200 machine running at full speed will consume approx. 16 lbs. of mix an hour (double for the SS2400).

Sugars, Icings and Flavor Gels
Cinnamon/Sugar Topping is by far the preferred method for serving our delicious donuts. We don't sell it because it is very simple to make. Combine a 5lb. bag of granulated sugar with 1/6 cup of fresh ground cinnamon. Cinnamon volume is to taste, you may want to try using more or less in your own operation. Put a dozen donuts into a glassine bag, pour some sugar from a squeeze bottle over them, shake the bag and hand it to your customer.

A141 Heat Seal Bags. Designed for use with our Donuts on Loan program. Each bag holds a dozen mini donuts or 2-3 larger donuts and can be sealed with the A159 Heat Sealer.
