The SM400 -- 4 Compartment Sink System

This sink system is specifically designed for locations where permanent sink plumbing is not available or is not cost effective to install regular sinks. Perfect for food kiosks, outdoor catering, food sampling sites, etc. where sanitary sink requirements demand sink washing facilities. No permanent sink hookups required. Simply fill your fresh water sink holding tank and plug in your power cord and the unit is ready to go. Meets most health codes for washing, rinsing and sanitizing as well as a separate hand washing sink.

This durable Stainless Steel sink cabinet is mounted on heavy-duty caster for portability. Includes deep-drawn 3-compartment sink a full size lavatory sink for easy access. All fresh water plumbing is up to food grade standards.

Sink features a quick recovery, thermostat controlled 6 gallon hot water heater, 9 gallon fresh water tank and a 15 gallon waste tank which are mounted on a dolly carriage for easy filling and disposal. Demand water pump maintains sink water pressure at 45 psi. Can also be connected to local water supply by using the water inlet fitting.
