using teflon belts which travel over heated plates. Length of cooking
time and temperature are automatically controlled by solid-state
electronics circuits. Lightweight and portable!
Designed to operate in public view, its action is
fascinating! Shown are mini-pancakes (2" dia.) in production at the
rate of 1,800 per hour. A high-profit, impulse "finger food".
Medium pancakes (5" dia.) are also a breeze to
make. Perfectly cooked and browned at the rate of up to 360 per
hour.
Large pancakes (6 1/2" dia.) are automatically
cooked at the rate of 180 per hour. Cooked just right every time.
A new taste sensation! "Mini Crepes" are
automatically rolled ready to eject into your receiving tray. Fill
them with dessert or food items before they roll up. Makes 360 per
hour.

Regular food crepes are now easy to make perfect
