If you purchase used equipment from any source outside of Lil' Orbits you may not be getting the bargain you hoped for. Lil' Orbits does not warranty equipment purchased from other sources in any way. This type of equipment often needs updating which can cost in excess of $2500.00. Any repairs to this type of equipment will be charged at our prevailing shop rate of $75.00 per hour plus parts, shipping and handling.

If you purchase a unit from Lil' Orbits that was under our life time warranty and your Hopper drive motor needed to be replaced, heating control element, your cost would be $75.00 to repair or replace any of these items as long as you own the machine. If your main servo control motor needs to be replaced or repaired your cost would be $100.00

If you purchased your machine used from another source, that same hopper motor will cost you $810.00 or the servo Motor $1,022.00 or the Heating Control Element $1565.00

You decide: $250.00 for all three components from Lil' Orbits or chance $3,397.00 elsewhere. Is it worth the risk?
