Our CE-Series Show Model cabinets offer a dynamite presentation with their bright yellow "food colors" and illuminated marquee (115 or 220V). They are designed for quick set-up and take-down. Chrome tube assembly which supports marquee is adjustable from 6'7" (2m) to 7'7" (2.3m).

Filtration Hoods - Most indoor and some outdoor locations will require at least some sort of odor filtration. Our portable filtration hoods may be exactly what you need. Contact your business advisor for details.

 

Filtration Hood and Plex Combos

Ductless hood includes two ports for spotlights, exhaust fan (115 or 220V), washable aluminum mesh screen and a nest for our odor-eating carbon filter cartridge. Stainless steel body with logo and lettering.

Wrap around plex includes mounting hardware and quick-disconnect fasteners. Though not as efficient as our down-draft filtration system, a substantial amount of the cooking odors are extracted provided unit is operated free from drafts.

Filter Cartridge - Honeycomb chambers of odor-eating activated carbon and pleated filter papers fits both hoods. Replace every 3-400 cooking hours.
